About the event
Join us on Saturday, May 10th at 12:30 PM for Break the Cycle—a powerful, community-centered bike ride in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. Hosted by The L1 Foundation, this 10-mile round-trip ride is all about healing, unity, and raising awareness for mental wellness in underserved communities.
The Ride:
We’ll start and end at Level One Fitness (1803 Cleburne St, Houston, TX), taking a scenic route through Houston’s historic Third Ward. Riders will pass landmarks like Emancipation Park, Texas Southern University, MacGregor Park, and Brays Bayou. The halfway point lands us at The Liv’n Room Lounge (3520 Old Spanish Trail), where we’ll pause for a celebration + networking mixer with music, refreshments, and good vibes—before returning together to Level One Fitness.
